Statement of Faith

  1. We believe that the Bible is God-inspired, infallible, and incomparably authoritative Love letter to humankind.

  2. We believe in the Triune God: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), God the Holy Spirit—three-in-one and one-in-three—co-existing eternally.

  3. We believe that the unity in our Lord Jesus Christ is the basis for the unity of all believers in the Church.

  4. We believe in the deity and humanity of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour; His virgin birth; His perfect and sinless life; His authoritative teachings; His miracles, signs and wonders; His vicarious, atoning death on the cross through shedding blood; His bodily resurrection; His ascension; seating at the right hand of God; and His powerful and glorious Second Coming. We believe that Jesus Christ is the answer for the meaning and hope of our existence.

  5. We believe that lost people matter to God, and as such, they must matter to us as well. We believe that in order to be saved, true repentance and regeneration by the Holy Spirit are the essential spiritual experiences at work and that: “salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to humankind by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).

  6. We believe in self-reproducible disciple-making ministry is the core of all ministries in our church.

  7. We believe that Christianity is all about our relationship with God; that genuine spiritual life and growth comes from the present and continual ministry of the Holy Spirit who is the Enabler and Comforter and Helper and Counsellor of godly living.

  8. We believe in God’s executing His consummated redemptive purpose one day when Jesus Christ will return as the powerful and glorious Judge to raise the dead, to judge the whole world, and to establish His glorious Kingdom forever and ever.
